It’s about adopting a new lifestyle-not some magic pill!
The only way to get truly physically fit is to exercise! Exercising helps you get your body in shape, lose weight, and increase your energy. Incorporate cardio, strength training, and an appropriate diet into your Daily Routine, and you’ll start feeling the difference in no time. Remember, if you start working towards your goal, your body and your mind will follow.
It’s no secret that sometimes exercise can be a drag, but don’t even consider not doing it! For every reason you can think of not to exercise, there are a million reasons why you should, including better self-esteem and lower risk of cardiovascular disease (the number-one killer of both men and women).
Foods you can eat
If you want to look like a pro, you’ve got to eat like a pro! Your diet is custom made for you, your goals and lifestyle. It’s scientifically based, will never leave you hungry, is not a fad diet, and will leave you leaner without much effort. It’s all about choices.
Foods you can’t eat
Clients are discouraged from eating unhealthy foods that have a high content of fat, calories, and carbohydrates. Instead, they must be aware of their portions, drinking enough water and eating frequency.
Daily Diary Reports
Clients are asked to submit their daily diary report- where their food intake will be analyzed, thus creating a team environment for weight loss. Daily feedback and motivation goes a long way!
Exercise Recommendations
Underdog Fitness will design a personal fitness program for you based on your goals, current fitness level, training frequency, pre existing injuries and endurance. We are very creative, keep the sessions fun, challenging, and result oriented.
Post Diet Weight Maintenance Plans
Once weight loss goals have been achieved, clients will focus on achieving a healthier state of mind by conquering their cravings and bouts of overeating. Overeating and binging are often a response to stress, anxiety, and even elation. Underdog’s philosophy is to deal with one issue at a time, and try to reduce stress in your life, and eventually understanding the role that food plays in a healthy lifestyle.
