NYC BIKING WORKOUTS
Now we're talking FUN and FITNESS!
I meet you at a designated location, both of us on bikes, and then the fun begins!
This program includes biking to any borough: Randall's Island, Roosevelt Island, around Manhattan, Central Park...you name it! During the bike we will stop every so often to do various fun filled exercises, like push-ups, tricep dips, pull-ups at a jungle gym (don't worry, I'll help you up and spot you the whole way through) and Abs.
I will bring exercise bands wih me so we will also workout arms, legs, shoulders, plyometrics (if you are up for that). Basically every body part will be addressed and worked out to exhaustion. The bike ride/workout will end with stretching. I recommend wearing a heart rate monitor for these workouts. These workouts can be booked for whatever duration you want, and modified to your fitness level.
